This Ecosystem Policy sets participation expectations for organizations and individuals engaging with DENWERX initiatives.

The policy supports transparent collaboration between government, industry, academia, and mission partners.

1. Purpose

DENWERX operates to connect stakeholders that can deliver mission-relevant innovation and capability outcomes.

Participation is based on professionalism, trust, and lawful conduct.

2. Participation Principles

Participants are expected to:

  • Engage in good faith and with factual representations
  • Respect confidentiality boundaries and competition rules
  • Communicate responsibly and avoid conflicts of interest
  • Follow all export, security, and procurement requirements

3. Submission Standards

Submissions should be clear, technically accurate, and aligned to stated challenge or program requirements.

DENWERX may decline or remove submissions that are incomplete, inappropriate, or outside scope.

4. Collaboration Conduct

Participants must maintain respectful communication across events, digital channels, and working sessions.

Harassment, discrimination, abuse, and deceptive conduct are not permitted.

5. Governance and Enforcement

DENWERX may suspend access, remove participants, or restrict engagement when this policy is violated.

Actions are taken to protect ecosystem integrity and mission outcomes.
